浅谈“亲亲相隐”规则

本文首先从两个案例中可以看到 ,不设立亲亲相隐规则的法律并非是好的法律 ,其次从理论的角度分析了建立这一规则的合理性 ,并在考察了我国古、近代及西方国家的相关制度后 ,认为设立和实施相隐规则是非常必要的。
