Cao yu's Thunderstorm is a classical tragedy which has been concerned by the researchers of modern Litera- ture.From analysis of the character images of Chiping,Fanyi and others,this article tries to see through the implicit thought of the Thunderstorm and,on this basis,explores the relatiouship between the author's life experience and the source of cre- ation,and expresses my own understanding of human feeling,sympathy and rebel.
