从语言能力与交际能力的区别谈如何提高交际能力

On the Improving of Communicative Competence from the Difference between Linguistic Competence and Communicative Competence

本文分析了几位语言学家对语言能力、交际能力的论述,比较了语言能力与交际能力的异同,提出交际能力包括语言能力,语言能力是交际能力的基础。本文认为,交际能力的四要素不是并列的关系,语言能力是基础,没有语言能力其他的三个方面的能力就是无本之木。最后本文认为应对传统的教学法进行扬弃:第一,应客观认识传统教学法中的失当之处,全面发展四会能力;第二,应有针对性地训练交际能力中的语言能力之外的三个要素。

Firstly,this paper analyzes the expositions and the major strands of linguistic competence and communicative competence by several famous linguists.And then,the paper points out the similarities and differences between linguistic competence and communicative competence and arrives at that:a)Linguistic competence serves as an essential part of com- municative competence,b)Linguistic competence serves as an important basis of communicative competence.Next,this pa- per discusses the four major strands of communicative competence——the linguistic competence strand serves as the basis of the other three will be nothing but a tree without stem.And lastly,this paper is intended to find out approaches to improve the learners' communicative competence by subletting the traditional approaches.So,the paper arrives at some implications: a)we should study the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional approaches objectively and develop the learners' four basic skillsthoroughly;b)besides the linguistic Competence strands,we should also aim at training the learners' other three strands.
