摘要
知识经济下知识工作者将会占就业人数的大多数 ,知识的获取、运用将决定着企业的命运 ,知识是由人创造出来的 ,如何极大地激发组织成员的创新潜能 ,成为组织的一大课题。文章试图用机制设计理论探讨知识工作者的激励问题 ,并提出知识工作者的激励模型 ,为制定知识工作者的激励政策提供有力的依据。
Intellectuals constitute the main work force in the knowledge\|based economy. The acquisition and the use of knowledge is very critical to the development of the enterprises. The main problem in the management remains how to motivate these intellectuals, and how to stimulate their potential innovation. This paper discusses the problems of motivation, and meanwhile, offers some suggestions of the motivating model, therefore provides the foundation for making the motivation policies.
