摘要
国有企业仍然面临困境 ,国企扭亏增盈任务艰巨 ,国企资产重组不失为国企改革的希望。通过对湖南燕京啤酒有限公司实现两次资产重组 ,摆脱困境的个案分析 ,论证了国企资产重组的必要性与可行性 ,并认为企业资产重组同管理重组、更新观念、企业文化整合三结合的成功经验值得重视和借鉴。
The state-owned enterprises are still facing problems an enormous task to reduce loss and gain profit.Therefore,hope of reform in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises lies in assets regrouping.Through analyzing the case that Hunan Yanjing Beer CO.LTD succeeded in extricating from difficulty by regrouping assets twice,the authors have discussed the necessity and feasibility of assets regrouping,and further illustrated that successful experience of conjoining assets-regrouping,management-regrouping,concept-updating and renovation of enterprise culture are very important and worthy of reference.
