Risk of Investment and Prevention against It

任何投资活动都不能完全避免风险。本文从流动性、折价、管理、波动性等几个方面分析了投资基金存在的主要风险及其相关风险 ,并结合我国投资基金的具体情况 ,指出我国投资基金风险防范机制的建立应该实施最低资本金制度、采取投资分散化策略、实施管理运作的高效化、健全法制建设。

Any activity of investment can not avoid risks. The author analyzes the main risks and the relative risks from aspects of mobility, evaluation in term of money, management and fluctuation of investment and points out the minimum capital system should be built for prevention against risks of investment, strategies of distribution of investment, high effectiveness of operation of investment and formulation of the corresponding laws.
