On Education of Management Quality of the University Students

管理是现代社会发展的倍增器 ,它使潜在的生产力变成现实的生产力 ,并使生产力的整体效能得到放大 ,管理也是提高经济效益和社会效率的决定因素。管理者和被管理者的素质如何是提高管理效能的基础 ,它直接制约和决定着管理能够达到的水平。当代大学生是未来现代化建设大军的“军官” ,提高他们的管理素养 ,对建设有中国特色社会主义宏伟大业有着重大意义。高等院校要注重培养大学生的基本管理素质 ,培养他们形成管理者应具备的人格品质 ,特别是人际协调素质、管理控制素质和意志品质。高等学校应该把培养学生的管理素养纳入培养目标 ,开设专业课程、改革教育方式 ,使管理素质教育做到有目的、有计划、有步骤、有保证。

Management is an acuration of development of modern society,it not only turns the potential productive power into real one,but also is the decisive factor to improve the economic benefit and social efficiency.How about the qualities of the manager and managee is the base of enhancing the management efficaey,and it limits the management level that can be attained.The contemporary university students are the officer of the future constructive army,enhancing their management qualities has a great significance of constructing the socialist cause.Higher education should cultivate the students' management qualities,open the special course,reform the teaching means and make the quality education have a plan and purpose.
