摘要
文章从非语言交际引起的文化冲突和西方学者关于非语言交际的研究入手 ,阐述了非语言交际在交际活动中的重要性及其作用 ,说明人类的交际应包括语言交际和非语言交际 。
This paper, beginning from some examples of cultural conflict and some statistis on nonverbal communication from westen scholars, elaborates the importance of nonverbal communication and its three functions. It illustrates that human communication should include the verbal and nonverbal .Nonverbal communication has much value for study.
