摘要
现代科技革命一方面极大地突出了人类的主体地位 ,体现了人类依靠科技生产力所表现出的能力 ;另一方面 ,也把人类可能面临的灾难性全球问题 ,现实地摆在人类面前。如何全面地看待和处理科学的社会价值 ,正在成为一个时代的课题。“可持续发展”观的确立 ,为人类社会的跨世纪发展 ,昭示了一种广阔的前景。在社会可持续发展的能力建设中 。
On one hand,modern scientific and technological revolution has greatly stressed the principal position of human being and embodied man's dynamic role in the coures of relying on the productive forces of science and technology,but on the other hand,it has realistically confronted us with the possible disastrous global problems.How to judge and deal wih all-sidedly the social value of science is the task of out age.“Sustainable development” presents a broad prospect for the development of human society striding into the new century.Among the construction of the abilities of social sustainable development,scientific and technological ability ranks the first.
