Based on the review of ′the ninth five-year plan′ of science and techniques, the basic idea, total target and major fields of ′the tenth five-year plan′ of science and technology development in Shenyang Agricultural University were put forward. The supporting condition and methods for ′the tenth five-year plan′ were discussed.
