摘要
铅污染对辣椒幼苗生长、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性影响的试验结果表明 :铅毒害可明显降低辣椒种子萌发率、株高和根长 ,即抑制幼苗生长。铅对SOD活性有抑制作用 ,其敏感浓度范围是40~80mg·L -1。铅对POD活性也有抑制作用 。
The effect of lead (Pb2+) pollution on the growth and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in hotpepper seedlings was investigated. The results indicated that Pb2+ pollution decreased the plant height and root length of the seedlings. The experiments also showed that the activity of SOD was inhibited by Pb2+ pollution, the range of sensitive concentration is 40~80mg·L-1. Moreover the activity of POD was inhibited by Pb2+ pollution, and showed resistance activity.
