摘要
以MS +BA3+NAA0.2 和MS+BA4+NAA0.2 分别为木立芦荟(AloearborescensMill)和三角芦荟(AloemitriformisMill)的诱导培养基。1/2MS +BA2+NAA0.2 和MS +BA3+NAA0.2 分别为两种芦荟的增殖培养基,对茎段、茎尖和吸芽进行离体培养。以4周为一个继代周期 ,每周期可增殖6~8倍 ,现已经过26个继代周期 ,一个外植体每年可增殖至813 个芽苗。为减轻褐化 ,降低温度至22℃、光照强度800lx,附加活性炭3~5g·L-1。用白糖替代蔗糖 ,自来水替代蒸馏水 ,果酱瓶替代三角瓶 。
Tissue culture was made with Aloe arborescens Mill and Aloe mitriformis Mill using the culture media of MS+BA3+NAA0.2 for the former and MS+BA4+NAA0.2 for the latter for inducing sprouts. 1/2MS with BA 2mg·L-1+NAA 0.2mg·L-1 and MS with BA 3mg·L-1+NAA 0.2mg·L-1 were the cultune media for propagation of the 2 Mill varieties nespectively. Sprouts could be reproduced 6~8 folds in a culture cycle of 4 weeks. Though 26 culture cycles, an explant can reproduce 813 sprouts. For lightening brownness, temperature was lowed to 22℃, light intensity was lowed to 800lx, and 3~5g·L-1 active carbon was added. The costs of propagation could be reduced if sucrose is replaced by powdered sugar, disstilled water is replaced by running water and triple bottles are replaced by jam-bottles.
