光肩星天牛受辐雌成虫的不育性初步研究

Preliminary research of sterility on the irradiated female imago of Anoplophora glabripennis

采用 60 Co T射线辐照光肩星天牛 Anoplophora glabripennis(Motschulsky)雌成虫 ,研究其不育性。结果表明 ,辐照对其取食行为无影响 ;对其产卵行为产生了显著影响 ,其产卵量随着辐照剂量的提高而明显降低 ;对其寿命和交尾情况的影响主要表现在 2 0 0 Gy辐照上 ,致使寿命大辐度降低且未见交尾现象 。

The female imagoes of the longicorn, Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky)were irradiated with 60 [KG-2]Co T's ray to study its sterility.Results showed that the irradiation had no influence on eating behavior of the female imagoes but notable influence had been produced to its oviposition behavior a clear reduction of its oviposition quantity along with the raise of irradiation dosage.The influences on its life span and mating behavior were chiefly at 200 Gy's irradiation.It caused the big reduction of the life span and no mating phenomenon was observed. Thus,it is concluded that the female imagoes of the longicorn also have certain sterility under this kind of irradiation condition.
