半导体(砷化镓)激光照射对犬创伤愈合及细胞免疫机能的影响

摘要 以犬为试验动物研究了半导体 (砷化镓 )激光照射创面对皮肤缺损创愈合以及血液中酯酶染色阳性淋巴细胞数的影响。结果表明 ,用波长 890nm ,平均功率 2mW ,峰值功率 5W的半导体激光照射创面可使边长 2cm的正方形犬皮肤全层缺损创平均提前 3.5 1d愈合 。 The influence of semi conductor (GaAs) laser irradiation on wound healing and the number of ANAE+ lymphocytes in the blood was observed of dogs in a study. It showed that the wounds, irradicated by the laser, healed 3.51 days earlier and the number of ANAE+ lymphocytes in the blood of dogs increased because of the irradiation of laser to the surface of the wounds. The wavelength of the laser was 890 nm, the peak value 5 W and the average power output 2 mW.
