生长调节物质对烤烟增钾控氮的作用及其对烟叶品质的影响 被引量:42

摘要 烤烟在封顶期施用生长素、生长抑制剂和激动素,研究其对烤烟钾、氮营养的调控作用和对烟叶化学品质的影响。结果表明:①烤烟施用生长素或抑芽敏能增加根重和叶重,抑制烤烟侧芽生长,减少烟叶的钾向侧芽转移,提高烟株的吸钾能力和向上输送能力,从而明显提高烟叶含钾量;②施用生长素能促进烟株硝态氮的同化,减少烟株硝态氮的积累,使烟叶化学品质更趋于协调。施用激动素则明显增加烟叶的烟碱舍量;③几种使用方法相比,生长素根部浇和茎顶涂的增钾控氮效果最佳。 Hie effects of auxin, growth inhibitor and cytokinin applied after topping on contents of potassium and nitrogen and the quality of leaves of flue - cured tobacco were studied in pots and fields. The results showed that the application of auxin or Prime (flumetralin) could significantly increase the biomass of root and leaves weight and the capacity of potassium absorption, inhibit the growth of axillary buds, and reduce the amount of potassium movement from leaves to axillary buds. Thus, the potassium content in leaves was increased. At the same time applying auxin could accelerate nitrate assimilation and reduce its accumulation, and make the chemical component more suitable in tobacco, but applying 6 - BA increased the content of nicotine in tobacco leaves. This study result indicates that, compared with other treatment, applying auxin by root irrigation or cut surface is the best measure for enhancing potassium and reducing nitrogen in tobacco.
