本文论述了国土开发整治系统概念产生的背景及发展过程,在此基础上,着重探讨了国土开发整治系统的特征、内容、属性及研究意义,进而为我国的国土开发整治工作提供理论参考,以实现国民经济的可持续发展。

The paper generally not only puts forward the concept of Territorial Economic System (TES). but also discusses the back ground and evaluation of TES, Based on these analyses, the article makes some important statements about the characteristics, contents, attributes and studying method of TES in order to provide decision basis for the territorial man agement of our country and to fulfill sustainable development of national economy.
