司法人伦化是司法人员为达到私人目的 ,按照封建伦理性的“人伦次序”来行使司法权的一种司法状态。我国现阶段 ,司法人伦化有其滋生的环境 ,应采取相应的对策对其加以防范和遏制。

Human relations in judicature are the judicial condition which the judicial subject exercises the judicial power for his own purpose according to the human relations of the feudal ethics.At present time in China,rule by man in judicature has its existing environment,and measures should be taken to prevent it from growing and spreading.
