本文从现代教育和现代信息技术发展对未来教师的要求，分析了培养师范生现代教育技术素质的必然性和迫切性。分析了技术、教育技术、现代教育技术及素质等问题。探讨了如何构筑师范生现代教育技术素质的培养目标。
From the point of view of modern education and modern information technology, this article analyses the necessity and importance of cultivating students′ modern educational technology quality, analyses the meaning of terms such as technology, educational technology, modern educational technology and quality, researches factors that affect objectives of modern educational technology quality and discusess the main contents and some way of cultivating students′ quality.
