高校德育工作 ,必须根据新世纪的人才需求发挥育人作用。德育队伍的建设 ,要从优化组合 ,明确职责 ,加强高校德育保障机制三方面入手 ,其中 ,优化组合是高校德育队伍建设的关键。

The work of colleges and universities' moral education must give full scope to talent training in the new century. This paper explores the ranks construction of colleges and universities' moral education in three parts. We think that optimal organization of talents is the key to ranks construction of colleges and universities' moral education.
