摘要
本文是根据社会冲突理论的一些基本命题,借助于统计资料和问卷调查资料,对我国现阶段劳动争议的特征进行了初步分析。文章的基本观点是:在我国由传统中央计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制的转型过程中,劳动关系中国家、用人单位( 雇主)和劳动者之间的利益关系已经日益分化,矛盾和冲突成为客观的事实;目前劳动争议的特征主要是无序,即劳动争议的非制度化和低组织化,这种劳动争议的无序状态有可能造成激化社会矛盾、破坏社会稳定的后果;建立以社会主义市场经济为基础的、制度化、组织化的新型劳动关系体系,将有助于实现社会冲突的正功能,推动向社会主义市场经济体制的转型。
Based on some propositions of the social conflicts theory, this paper attempts to analyse preliminarily the features of the present industrial conflicts in China by adopting statistics data and questionnaire data. The author's perspective is that most of the precent conflicts between workers and managers are disorder that involves non-institutional and low-organizational features, which will probably induce intensification of social contradictions and disruption of socail stability. So it is necessary and helpful to build up a new institutional and organizational industial relation system in the socialist market economic situation.
