摘要
本文以国内外有关教师素质的最新理论为指导,在经过广泛调查和统计分析的基础上,提出了一个包含学科知识与能力、教育教学能力、职业基础知识与能力、职业人格、基础心理素质和教育实习行为表现等内容的高师学生职业素质发展测评系统,该系统结构合理、可操作性强。
Based on a statistic analysis of the data from a far_ranging investigation of teacher′s professional quality, this paper offers a system for evaluating teacher university students′ quality, which contains the components of knowledge and capacity of specialized subject, teaching capacity, basic professional knowledge and capacity, professional personality,general psychological qualities, and teaching behavior. With characterized rational structure and good operability,the system may well meet the need of higher teacher education reform.
