Modeling Support in DSS and Modeling Support Systems

一、问题的提出为解决不良结构问题应运而生的决策支持系统(DSS)最初是面向半结构化问题的,它由用户接口、模型部件、数据部件构成。随着 DSS 向非结构化领域的拓展,不可避免地要引入人工智能(AI)的手段和技术,因此需要增加知识部件;另一方面,为了有效地进行模型管理,有必要将模型与求解模型的方法加以分离,从而形成单独的方法部件。这样目前的 DSS 就包含上述四大部件,每一部件又由相应的库及其管理系统组成,其一般结构如图1所示。

In this paper,we discuss a general framework of present DSSs and emphasize that modeling support functions should be added to DSSs based upon the analyis of model management.The modeling process is described,concepts of automatic modeling and mo- deling support are identified and the support proces of model building is stated in this paper.It also presents a framework of modeling support systems。A non-monotonic modeling support system bused upon ATMS is introduced。Finally,some aspects that should be paid attention to while building MSS are put forward。
