加入世贸组织 ,将对我国高等师范教育提出新的要求 .从全面实施素质教育的角度出发 ,辽宁师范大学在普及网络知识方面进行了一些有益的尝试 ,提出了“网络素质”的概念 。

Joining WTO will raise some new claim for Chinese higher teachers education. Liaoning Teachers University does some interesting attempt at popularizing network knowledge from the angle of total enforcement performance education, raises the concept of “network performance”, and discuses the urgency of popularizing network knowledge in teachers colleges.
