摘要
对 45名女大学生 ,进行了 4个月系统的自编健身操训练实验 .结果表明 ,健美操训练有利于青春期少女体态 ,心理素质的发展 ,也有利于心肺功能 。
Through the experimental study on 45 girl students being trained of systematic callistherics programmed by themselves, the organizers find out that callisthenics is beneficial for the adolescent girl to develop their posture and psychological quality, to improve the function of heart and lung, and also to strengthen muscles.
