摘要
目前使用的两种《电子技术基础》教材对二极管电容效应的讨论有两种不同的结论 ,笔者通过对结电容的形成及结电容充、放电过程的分析 。
There are two different conclusions about diode capacitance characteristic in two text books of foundation of Electronic Technology .On this paper,the analysis of the knot capacitance generation and the process of charging,discharging proves the correctness of one conclusion.
