摘要 分别以哺乳动物和爬行动物为例介绍了脊椎动物性别决定的两种主要类型的研究进 展，并推测两种性别决定机制在分子水平上可能是一致的。 By taking reptile and mammal for example respectively,two types of se x－determining mechanisms of vertebrate were discussed.And we speculated that th ese two might be compatible at the level of molecule.
