摘要
观察了委陵菜胚和胚乳的发育过程 ,结果表明 ,其胚乳属核型胚乳 .合子横向分裂 ,产生基细胞和顶端细胞 .顶端细胞和基细胞都进行横向分裂 ,形成直线状 4-细胞的原胚 .胚柄上部的细胞参加胚体的建成 。
The development of embryo and endosperm in Potentilla chinensis Ser is observed.The result indicates that the endosperm is karyotype.The zygote divides horizontally and develops into a basal cell and an apical cell which simultaneously divide horizontally and develop to a rectilinear proembryo with four cells.The upper cells of suspensor take part in the embryo's accomplishment,the embryo is chenopodiad type.
