本文论述了以苯为原料 ,经过硝化、还原、酰化等系列反应以半微量合成乙酰苯胺的操作方法 .减少了药品用量 ,缩短了反应时间 ,降低了环境污染 ,严格训练了实验者的操作技能 ,使学生的综合能力得到较大的提高 .

In this paper, we reported a Semi microchemistry method to synthesise acetanil. Benzene was used for material followed by nite reduce, acetylate etc. After series of reactions, the acetanil was produced in high yield. It can shorten the time of reaction, needs minimal amount of samples and reduces environmental pollution, and moreover it train the operation skill of the attending personal, improving the student′s synthetical quality.
