摘要
下岗职工受到生活、家庭和社会的巨大压力 ,根本出路在于自己的视角转换 ,变下岗的负效应为再就业的积极效应 .
The lay off workers are under great pressure from the life, family and the society. The only way out is to change their own angle of view, and the negative effect of laying off into the positive effect of reemployment.
