This paper introduces a new BLIE (Best Linear Invariable Estimation), based on BLUE(Best unbiased estimation), of the three coefficients of the acceleration equation in the in-stress acceleration life test, and proves that the estimation is superior to the traditional estimation, improving the BLUE accuracy in the case of small samples.
