论当前我国高校德育转化系统的构建

On the Construction of the Moral Education System in Higher Learning Institutes in Our Country

高校德育转化系统包括内化和外化两个子系统 ,其中的内化和外化工作机制的形成 ,便是德育转化系统的构建。当前构建我国高校德育转化系统 ,需要把握德育系统三个方面的特性 。

The moral education system in higher learning institutes includes two branches:interior conversion and exterior conversion.In other words,the formation of the mechanism of both interior and exterior conversion makes up the structure of the total moral education system.The system has three characteristics and three functions,to which special attention should be paid.
