摘要
我国近几年出现的教育纠纷可划分为三类。教育纠纷折射出我国教育法制建设亟待加强。应着重从完善我国教育法律体系和依法治教两个方面加强我国教育法制建设。
There are three kinds of education disputes in recent years in China.These education disputes reflex the urgency of strengthening construction of legal system of education.It would be paid special attention to making ideally legal system of education and conducting education in accordance with the law.
