VEGF和PCNA在乳腺癌组织中表达的意义 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与病理学分级关系 ,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测 10 2例乳腺癌及其中 48例癌旁正常乳腺组织中VEGF和PCNA的表达 .实验结果显示VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为 84.31% ,癌旁正常乳腺组织中则为 12 .5 0 % ,两者间具有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) .PCNA在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为 78.43 % ,癌旁正常乳腺组织中则为 8.33 % ,它们之间的差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) .VEGF和PCNA的阳性表达率与乳腺癌病理学分级呈正相关 . In order to approach the relationship between expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and the pathological grading of the mammary cancer, tumor tissues of 102 cases of mammary cancer and normal tissues near the cancer of 48 cases of them were detected by streptavidin-peroxidase(SP) methods of immunohistochemistry. In the experiment it was found that positive rate of expression of VEGF was 84.31% in the tissues of the cancer and was 12.50% in the normal tissues near the cancer. There was highly significant difference between two rates (p<0.01). Positive rate of expression of PCNA was 78.43% in the tissues of the cancer and was 8.33% in the normal tissues near the cancer. The difference between them was highly significant (p<0.01). Positive rates of expression of VEGF and PCNA presented positive correlation with the rising in the pathological grading of mammary cancer. The experimental results showed that expression of VEGF and PCNA could be regarded as an accesory diagnostic index of mammary cancer.
