通过对跳远技术的助跑、起跳、腾空、落地等阶段进行分析,为教学与训练服务,为提高跳远技术水平提供参考依据。
Through analysis of the techniques in long jump by means of the phases in run-up,take-off, prance, and landing, the paper attempts to provide a service for teaching and training as well as a consulting basis for improving the techniques in long jump.
