我国西南干热河谷脆弱生态区可持续发展战略　

Strategy on Sustainable Development of Eco－ fragile Area of Xerothermic Valley in Southwest China

我国西南干热河谷地区，由于其独特的气候和生态环境特征，严重地制约着该区的经济发展和生态环境保护。本文在分析该区生态环境基本特征的基础上，阐述了制约该区可持续发展的主要限制因子，包括：气候干旱、水资源分配不均、自然灾害发生频繁、水土流失严重、土壤性质差与土地退化严重等几个方面。同时，结合该区的生态环境特征和资源优势，提出了该区经济发展方向和可持续发展战略。

Due to the special climate and eco－ environmental conditions in the eco－ fragile area of Xerothermic valley in Southwest China, economic development and environmental conservation are strongly constricted. Firstly, the main eco－ environmental characteristics of this area are analyzed in the paper. Then, the primary limiting factors on sustainable development of this area are expounded including arid climate, unequal seasonal distribution of water resource, high frequency natural hazards, serious soil erosion, poor soil quality and soil degradation. Finally, the strategy on resource and sustainable development is proposed by considering the eco－ environmental characteristics and dominant resource.
