The developing process of the freight information service is described in this paper. The creation of the network for introducing freight transportatio n information with freight market changing and information technology developmen t is researched. Network institution for freight transportation information is a nalyzed. The scale economy of the network is studied. Using the theory of induce d institution change, the network forming is explained.
