摘要
本文论述的主要是采用项目融资模式加快基础设施建设的若干问题。内容包括项目融 资的概念，项目融资的各种模式及其应用领域，采用项目融资模式从事基础设施建设对当地 政府的好处和对开发西部的特殊意义。最后对做好采用项目融资模式准备工作提出了七条建 议，供西部各省市决策层参考。
： This paper deals mainly with developing infrastructure facilities by means of project financing.It includes concept of project financing， various mo des of project financing and their application environments， benefits to relev ant government and its special significance in developing West China when projec t financing is adopted.Finally, seven suggestions on the application of project financing are proposed for decision－ making by concerned government officials i n West China.
