摘要
本文简单介绍了现有进口探伤车上探轮的工作原理及其局限性 ;详细介绍了新型集靴式和轮式探头双重优点的一种高速探轮 ;并简单记录了该探轮在实验室转台上完成 135km·h- 1 探伤试验及在环线铁路上完成85km·h- 1 超声信号存取试验的过程及结果。该探轮利用内部自动控制装置使其能完成 80km·h- 1 时速下钢轨探伤工作。自动装置能使探头表面到钢轨表面距离一直保持为 2 5mm ,因此能准确地实现高速探伤。探轮内依靠冷却系统保证超声探头高速走行时能正常工作。通过五项新型设计 ,该探轮的技术水平应为目前国际同类产品最高速度水平。
The paper introduces the working rationale and its limitation of wheel detectors used in existing imported rail flaw inspection car. It describes in detail a type of high-speed wheel detector with dual advantages of a slide type and wheel type. It also records the ultrasonic signal and accesses process during the test of 135 kmph on the turn table test deck in lab. The test at 85 km·h -1 was completed on the loop track in Beijing. The new wheel detector with auto-control device can finish ultrasonic inspection on rail at 80 km·h -1 . The auto-control device can keep a 2.5 mm distance from the detector surface to rail surface. That is why the wheel detector can finish ultrasonic inspection at high speed. With the cooling system inside the wheel detector, the ultrasonic detector can work stably at high speed. As compared with same international detectors used for railway ultrasonic inspection, this new one has 5 new designs that have the highest speed.
