摘要
研究转 8A型转向架改造后提速货车制动系统的有关问题 ,阐明采用高摩瓦的必要性 ,用多体动力学仿真软件 ROSDY仿真分析了制动率、列车编组、车钩间隙、制动波速对提速货车纵向力的影响 ,综合制动距离、轮对粘着以及对纵向力影响等三方面因素 ,提出空、重车制动缸压力的合理取值范围为 :空车取 6 5~ 85 k Pa,重车取 2 2 0~ 2 6 5 k Pa。
The speed up wagon's brake problems after zhuan 8A type bogie's improvement are studied in this paper. Simulation is conducted on case studies by using the multibody system dynamics simulation software ROSDY. The influences on longitudinal force of train include braking ratio, train configuration, coupler clearance and brake wave velocity, etc. Suggestion of brake cylinder pressure for empty and loaded wagon is given by taking into consideration of brake distance, wheels adhesion and longitudinal force.
