摘要
将门式起重机门架系统简化为一次超静定刚架结构 ,以门架垂向位移ξ和横向位移η为振动参数 ,根据结构位移曲线求得门架结构的等效质量、等效刚度和等效阻尼系数 ,应用 D'Alemblent原理建立了耦合系统的微分方程组 ,并用 Newmark显式算法获得动态响应。采用动态仿真方法 。
In this paper, the gantry system is simplified as an one order statically determinate rigid structure, setting gantry's vertical displacement and transverse displacement as vibrating parameters. On the basis of structure displacement curve, one can gets equivalent mass, stiffness and damping of gantry structure, construct calculus equations of coupling system with D'Alemblent rule and obtain dynamic response with Newmark algorithm. Finally, vibrating response curve and stress path for any section of gantry structure, are given by computing and dynamic simulation.
