摘要 论文介绍了最大轨温差幅度达到 80 3℃、R =35 0m曲线上铺设无缝线路的试验及其结果 ,突破了TB2 0 98 89关于无缝线路铺设曲线半径不小于 40 0m、最大轨温差幅度不超过 72℃的限制。在分析小半径曲线铺设无缝线路特点的基础上 ,根据TB2 0 98 89和TB2 0 34 88,对秦皇岛地区R =35 0m曲线铺设无缝线路的稳定性和强度进行检算 ,提出采用Ⅲ型轨枕、Ⅰ级石碴的轨道结构增强轨道横向稳定性的试验方案 ,并在无缝线路铺设以后 ,对道床横向阻力进行了测试 ,验算的最大温差幅度比实际值富裕 39 7℃ ,表明试验曲线无缝线路稳定性是有保证的。通过对实际铺设的无缝线路长达 40 0天、通过总重 87MGT的观测 ,无缝线路没有出现失稳现象 ,钢轨纵向位移和实际锁定轨温变化值都在允许范围内 ,钢轨磨耗 2 7mm较以前的有缝线路 7mm减少 2 5倍 ,取得了经济效益。 This paper describes a test and the result of CWR laid on a curve of 350 m radius where the maximum difference of rail temperature reaches to 80 3 ℃, breaking through the limit of CWR applicable to curve of more than 400 m radius where the maximum difference of rail temperature does not exceed 72 ℃ specified by MOR standard TB2089-89. Based on characteristic analysis of the continuous welded rails laid on curves of small radius and in accordance with MOR standard TB2089-89 and TB2034-88, the stability and strength of CWR laid on curve of 350 m radius in Qinhuangdao area is calculated. On this basis, the paper puts forward the solutions to increase track lateral stability and enhance the track structure by using class III sleeper and grade I ballast. After CWR is laid on curve, road bed lateral resistance is measured, the checking computed maximum difference of rail temperature is 39 7 ℃ higher than the practiced value, which indicate that stability of CWR on test curve can be ensured. More than 400 days observations show that the CWR are stable under the 87 MGT traffic load, the longitudinal rails displacement and practice locked rail temperature variety are within the permitted range. Rail wears of CWR reduced to 2 7 mm from 7 mm of the non-CWR structure, reduced by 2 5 times, resulting an economic benefit.
