铁路货运代理业不得占用运输主业的资金、场地和设备。在业务关系方面 ,货运代理服务包含延伸服务内容。为避免货运代理与延伸服务在业务上的矛盾 ,鼓励双方开展平等竞争 ,并将延伸服务发展为货运代理。为使货运代理企业能够获利 。
This article discusses the relationship between the industry of railway freight transport agency and transportation's main business in view of property right and business, especially the differences with the extended services. At the same time, it analyses the issue of commission and discount that is regulated by the transportation's main business to freight agencies and it raises some assumptions to develop freight transport agencies.
