成都—乐至—安岳—铜梁—重庆一线是成渝新铁路通道的最佳走向 ,又短又直的路径应规划设计为高速铁路 ,运营初期先开行 2 0 0km h的列车。高速铁路将在成渝客运市场重树竞争优势 ,并为中国西部新的经济高地崛起作出贡献。更加开放灵活的投融资政策和体制才能支撑这一高投入项目。
The most ideal lining for Cheng Yu new railway channel is Chengdu—Lezhi—Anyue—Tongliang—Chongqing. This short and straight path should be planned and designed as a high speed railway. During the initial stage of operation, there will be trains running at the speed of 200 km/h. The high speed railway will create a competitive advantage in Cheng Yu passenger transport market and eventually contribute to the arising of China's western new economy highland. It is only an even more flexible investment/financing policy and mechanism that can support such a project of large input.
