摘要
本文同时考虑了板簧的垂直变形和扭曲变形两种因素对传动轴花键最大滑出量的影响,根据卡斯定理建立力学模型,推导出板簧扭曲角度的计算公式及计算程序,并结合EQ1093F车型进行传动轴的运动校核和最大滑出量的计算,从而阐述后钢板弹簧悬架变形对传动轴最大滑出量的影响,并指出本文的计算方法在汽车设计中所展示出的广阔前景。
This paper, studies the effect of both vertical and wind-up deformation of the leaf spring on the variation of total length of propeller shaft. It uses Kar's principle to build the model and derives the formulae of leaf-spring wind up angle to check the movement and the variation of total length of propeller shaft in EQ1093F truck. It concludes that this method will have wide perspective of application in vehicle design.
