Fuel Quality and Automotive Exhaust E-mission

本文介绍了燃油品质与汽车排放污染物的影响,并对提高燃油品质的措施提出了自己的看法。我国的汽车行业和石化行业应联合研究解决燃油品质的问题。从制定新的燃油标准、改造炼油设备、采用先进的炼油工艺着手,运用政策、法律、法规来扶持高品质燃油的生产厂家和用户等措施来提高油品质量,以满足不断提高的环保要求。

The effect of fuel quality on the car emission is studied. Proposals are suggested to improve the quality of the fuel. The automotive and petroleum industries in China should cooperate to solve the problem. Measures such as establishing new standards, upgrading the equipments, adopting modern oil refining process should be taken. Through new policy, law and regulations, oil companies and customers of high quality fuel should be encouraged to meet the need for environment protection.
