摘要
本文介绍了热轧板替代冷轧板的可能性及必要性。试验研究了热轧深冲钢板、０８Ａｌ冷轧钢板的金相组织、化学成分和力学性能；比较了两种材料的冲压工艺性能及零件的表面质量。试验结果表明，某些汽车零件采用热轧深冲钢板生产是可行的。
The possibility and necessity of substituting RSCA for cold - rolled steels are introduced. The microstructures, chemical compositions and mechanical properties of RSCA and 08Al are studied through the experiments. Pressing property of two materials and parts' surface quality are compared. Experiments' results show that it is possible using RSCA to produce some automotive parts.
