通过塔里木河流域水资源开发利用现状的分析 ,设计建立流域配水机制 ,以期合理分配水资源 ,维护流域生态平衡 ,实现流域内水资源永续利用和农业可持续发展。

Through analysis of the present conditions to use and develop the water resources of the Talimu river basin,this paper designs a mechanism that can provide water to the regionThis mechanism can be used both to provide water and maintain the ecological balance of the region,realizing agricultural sustainable development and the indefinite use of the area's water resources
