摘要
应用本体聚合的方法合成了鞋用聚氨酯胶粘剂.采用正交实验的方法分析讨论了聚酯二元醇分子量,扩链剂与聚酯二元醇摩尔比、MDI中一NCO与聚酯二元醇中一OH摩尔比对鞋用PU胶粘剂初期剥离强度的影响,从中优化出最佳反应条件.同时研究了添加剂——SBS/MMA— BA— AA四元接枝共聚物对鞋用 PU胶粘粘剂初期剥离强度的影响.
The author synthesized polyurethane adhesive for shoe-making by bulk polymerization. With orthogonal test, the authoranalyzed the influence of molecular weight of polyester dihydric alcohol, and the mole ratio of chain extender and polyester dihydric alcohol, OH mole ratio in MDI--NCO and polyester dihydric alcohol on the initial peel strength of PU adhesive for shoe-making. At the same time the author got the optimal conditions for the reaction and made clear the influence of the adhesive- SBS/ MMA/ BA- AA quadrigraft copolymer on the initial peel strength of PU adhesive for shoe-making.
