摘要
针对旧房加层与背包工程,分析了水平作用下改造后工程结构的动力响应特性,强调设计中不仅要满足可靠性对静力学的要求,更应重视对动力学方面的要求。认为旧房改造工程设计中应重点考虑新旧体系的不同性能,场地土与房屋间关系及搂层剪力的分布情况等问题,提出了应采取的相应措施。
Directed at the construction/work of adding more floors or adding more rooms to Old buildings,the dynamical identity of the reconstructed engineering structure under plane function was analyzed in this article. Emphasis was laid on meeting not only the requirements of statics,but also the requirements of kinetics.It is thought that,in the design of old building reconstruction,more consideration should be given to the different performances of the new system and the old one as well.We should also take into consideration such problems as the relationship between ground and buildings,the distribution of floors and shearing force and etc.Some corresponding measures were brought forward.
