总结了大连造船新厂为挪威 DCEAN RIG公司建造的 Bin GO 90 0 0半潜式钻井平台 (一期 )主体结构的建造工艺问题 ,阐述了相关规范对平台建造的特殊工艺要求 ,以及平台建造过程中部分特殊工艺的应用 。
The Bingo 9000 semi submersible drilling platform was built by Dalian New Shipyard for Norwegian owner Ocean Rig Co.The technology for construction of the main structure of this rig is summarized. The special technical requirement for platform construction by relevant classification rules and the application of some special technologies in platform construction are described.All of the above may provide some useful experiences for the building of large size offshore semi submersible platform in the future.
